Initializing BerryLabs
Get the ISO 2859-1 sample size and accept/reject limits for any lot — pick the inspection level and your major and minor AQL.
Runs right here in your browser — nothing to install, no account needed.

Enter the lot quantity and pick the inspection level your buyer specifies.

How the numbers are worked out
The lot size picks a band, the inspection level picks a code letter on that band, and the letter gives the sample size.
The reject number is always the accept number plus one — find that many defects and the lot fails.
Some AQL and sample-size combinations have no plan in the standard; those defer to the next larger sample size.
